On the day of our 2026 AGM, our own Sandra Grice demonstrated decorating Afternoon Tea Cup Cakes.

February 2026 – Carol Haycox

Carol, from Blackpool Branch, created a number of models including one or two with an Easter theme.

January 2026 – Margaret Butterworth

At our January meeting Margaret Butterworth, from Blackpool Branch, demonstrated making honeysuckle and stencilling on cakes.

December 2025 – Karen Gordon

We held our Christmas meeting yesterday and were entertained by Karen Gordon, from Blackpool Branch, demonstrating techniques for stencilling on chocolate.
As you can see from our photos, Karen produces some fabulous work and it tasted fantastic – it tasted as good as it looked! Thank you Karen.

November 2025 – Christmas Novelties Workshop

After the demonstration in October, Carol Crouch led a workshop for our members to try their hand at making Christmas novelties – Choirboys, angels and baubles, although nobody got quite as far as the angels and baubles! Nevertheless every enjoyed themselves immensely.
